A few weeks ago, I planned a bachelorette party in Las Vegas for my friend who is also getting married. She requested to have a scavenger hunt so I did some research and borrowed, as well as, made up some tasks. If you'd like to borrow mine, see below:

Welcome to Friend’s (replace with your friends name) Bachelorette Party!  To start off the first night, we’re having a Scavenger Hunt!

Rules: 

·      There will be 2 teams. Teams will be randomly selected through a drawing of a hat.

·      Tilly is the moderator of this Scavenger Hunt.

·      To prove that you’ve completed all of the Scavenger Hunt items, you must take a photo to show proof for each item listed below. Please make sure someone on your team has a digital camera.

·      Your team must complete all of the tasks below to win.

·      The moderator will review the photos on your team’s digital camera to confirm that all tasks are completed.

·      The team that completes all items on the Scavenger Hunt first wins.

·      The prize is a free shot for every member on the winning team by the organizer. The winning team picks the shot.

 

Checklist:

 Have a guy show you his boxer or underwear

 Kiss a bald man’s head

 Get a guy’s number

 Lie down on the floor of the casino and pretend you’re sleeping for 2 seconds

 Find a guy with blue eyes

 Take a group picture with a really handsome guy (This is the only task where everyone on the team should be in the picture.)

 Find a penny with Lisa’s year of birth (1983)

 Sit like a frog on one of the chairs next to a slot machine

 Have a guy kiss someone on the team on the cheek

My fiance is looking for his tuxedo for the wedding and we've settled on a bowtie and cumberbund for his al fit instead of wearing a vest. This is the very first time I've heard of the word cumberbund and it's quite a fun word. If you want to know how it looks like, see image of the one I took. He's not wearing suspenders with his al fit, just a bowtie and cumberbund. I think it's actually spelt like cummerbund. The guy wears it around the waist.

My friend is actually getting married as well and she asked me to be the organizer of her bachelorette party. It was a 3 day 2 night event in Las Vegas with a scavenger hunt and pool day with a lot of partying. It was a success!

We decorated her room before she arrived. Here are some pictures from the trip:

We stayed at the MGM Grand. They recently renovated and our room was very feminine!

I'm so happy. When I got home, I can't wait to see what the invitations looks like inside the boxes! We ordered and customized them from the internet so to hold them in our hands is so neat! I think David's Bridal nicely packaged them! They were inside 5 different sized boxes for each of the items. See photos below.

A week ago, my fiance and I moved in together. We found a 1 bedroom apartment together/ This is the very first time I'm moving in with a lover. It's great so far. We're saving money on gas and time on planning because we live in the same home. 
The only thing I have a complaint about is I'm a bit afraid of the landlord. He seems very stern and picky. He got a bit mad when he found out his dog has been sneaking into our home to eat our pet's food. It's not our fault that his dog is a pig.
